הסעיף נכנס לתוקף רק בסוף חודש אוגוסט 2021 וכבר בדצמבר 2021 ,קיבלו לקוחות המשרד אזרחות על בסיסו. זהו הסעיף המאפשר גם למי שהיה צאצא רק לתושב גרמניה (צאצא לאזרחים פולנים/חסרי אזרחות וכו') שנמלט מאימת הנאצים בשנות השואה לקבל אזרחות גרמנית.

The service I received for obtaining German citizenship for me and the entire extended family (23 people!) was very professional and orderly and in a reasonable time of less than a year! I highly recommend it. Also knows German, is also very connected in the German embassy and with the authorities in Germany and knows things at a very deep level. I had to do almost nothing. I didn't have to run around to get documents - we all signed a power of attorney and he took care of getting all the documents for us from all the relevant authorities, made translations and signed a notary. Simply provides the entire package of services in a very professional and orderly manner.

I am happy to highly recommend the Lanker attorney's office that handled all members of our family for obtaining German citizenship, including those who live abroad.
