סיפור הצלחה – אזרחות אוסטרית, האמנם? הביקוש לאזרחות אוסטרית בקרב ישראלים רבים הולך וגובר. זאת כמובן בעקבות הסעיף נחדש לחוק האזרחות האוסטרי מספטמבר 2020, שמקל משמעותית את הדרך לאזרחות האוסטרית. הסעיף החדש בחוק האוסטרי מאפשר הגשת בקשה לאזרחות עבור צאצאים של מי שנמלט מאימת הנאצים באוסטריה בשנים מסוימות.

למרות ההקלות, הדרך לאזרחות כוללת לא מעט תהליכים בירוקרטיים, מסמכים ואישורים רשמיים. אך כמובן שניתן להקל על התהליך ולבחור להתחיל אותו לצד אנשי מקצוע מהתחום. ליווי של אנשי מקצוע מנוסים בתחום יחסוך לכם זמן ומאמץ מיותר.

בחודשים האחרונים פנה אלינו לקוח, צאצא למשפחה שנאלצה לעזוב את אוסטריה בתקופת שלטון הנאצים. לאחר שקיבלנו את המסמכים יצאנו לדרך והגשנו עבורו בקשה לאזרחות האוסטרית. ביסודיות ומהירות עברנו את כל השלבים בדרך לאזרחות עד לאישור הסופי תוך כחודש אחד בלבד!

הלקוח שלנו קיבל אזרחות אוסטרית ותעודת האזרחות בידיו (מצורפת תמונה).

כאמור, הסעיף החדש מקל על צאצאי ניצולי השואה האוסטרים שעזבו את אוסטריה כתוצאה מרדיפת הנאצים. אם אתם צאצאים למי שחיו באזורים שכיום מוכרים בגבולות אוסטריה, לאחר שנת 1933 ועד שנת 1955 – אתם כנראה זכאים וישנה היתכנות גבוה לקבלת תשובה חיובית. ההקלה משמעותית ביותר, זאת כיוון שלא מדובר רק בצאצאיהם של מי שהיו אזרחי אוסטריה. אלא גם צאצאיהם של מי שרק התגוררו באוסטריה. כמו כן, מדובר בצאצאים בכל דור ואין הגבלה על מספר דורות.

אחד התנאים להוצאת אזרחות אוסטרית הוא שלמועמד לא יהיה עבר פלילי. אנחנו כמובן נבהיר שכל מקרה נבחן לגופו והמשרד שלנו מטפל גם במועמדים בעלי עבר פלילי. העלויות משתנות בהתאם למורכבות של הבקשה ולתנאים שעומדים בהם, כולל המסמכים שעומדים לרשות מגיש הבקשה וכן ההצלחה בתהליך.

The service I received for obtaining German citizenship for me and the entire extended family (23 people!) was very professional and orderly and in a reasonable time of less than a year! I highly recommend it. Also knows German, is also very connected in the German embassy and with the authorities in Germany and knows things at a very deep level. I had to do almost nothing. I didn't have to run around to get documents - we all signed a power of attorney and he took care of getting all the documents for us from all the relevant authorities, made translations and signed a notary. Simply provides the entire package of services in a very professional and orderly manner.
